Mobile Wallet Benefits

Enhanced data security: Mobile wallet payments offer heightened protection by providing vendors with a unique, one-time code instead of your card details. This shields your card information from compromise, even if a vendor’s system is breached.
Added security for lost or stolen cards: Your phone’s password or biometrics, such as fingerprint or facial recognition, add an extra layer of protection. In the case of a lost or stolen phone, the digital wallet becomes inaccessible, offering greater security than a physical wallet with your actual card.

Open the Wallet app
Click on the + button to add a new card
Select Debit or Credit Card
Position your card in the frame to scan it, or enter your card details manually
Review the Terms and Conditions and click Agree
Click Use as Default Card to have your Maine Family card automatically selected whenever you use Apple Pay

Open the Google Pay app
At the top right, tap your Profile picture >Wallet.
At the bottom, tap Add to Wallet.
Tap Payment card.
Position your card in the frame to scan it, or enter your card details manually
Review and accept the terms from your card’s issuer.
If you’re asked to verify your payment method:
1. 1. Choose a verification option from the list.
  2. Enter the verification code.
