Maine Family Federal Credit Union Announces Promotions of Four Outstanding Employees

Maine Family Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the promotions of four dedicated employees whose hard work and commitment have earned them well-deserved leadership roles within the credit union.

Zac Drake has been promoted from Member Services Specialist to Member Services Manager. Drake has played a key role in delivering top-tier member support and will now take on expanded responsibilities, including team leadership and enhancing member experience strategies.

 

 

 

Derek Hord has been promoted from Teller Supervisor to Branch Manager. In his new role, Hord will oversee branch operations and vendor management, support teller staff development, and ensure exceptional member service at the Lewiston branch.

 

 

 

Rachel McKinley has been promoted from Assistant Vice President to Vice President of Marketing. McKinley will continue to lead efforts to promote the Maine Family brand and strengthen ties with the community.

 

 

 

Kayleigh Ogden has been promoted from Assistant Vice President to Vice President of Member Services. In her role, Ogden will continue to lead member services and drive strategic initiatives that enhance the member experience at every touchpoint.
