Maine Family FCU Makes $20,000 Impact in the Fight Against Food Insecurity

LEWISTON, ME – Maine Family Federal Credit Union proudly announces the distribution of four $5,000 donations to local organizations dedicated to combating food insecurity in the Lewiston-Auburn community. The recipients of these contributions are the Auburn Police Activities League, Kaydenz Kitchen, The Store Next Door Project, and Trinity Jubilee Center.

These donations come as part of Maine Family FCU’s fundraising efforts on behalf of the Maine Credit Union League Campaign for Ending Hunger, a collaborative effort to address and alleviate hunger in communities across the state. Credit unions across the state are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those facing food insecurity, and this initiative reflects Maine Family FCU’s dedication to supporting the Lewiston-Auburn area.
