NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This giveaway, sponsored by Maine Family Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”), is open to legal residents of Maine who are age 18 or older. No purchase or account is required to enter the giveaway. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, immediate family members and/or those with whom they are domiciled of Maine Family Federal Credit Union (the “Credit Union”), are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. To be eligible, Giveaway participants must be natural persons at least 18 years of age and lawful residents of the United States at the time of entry and comply with these Official Giveaway Rules (an “Eligible Participant”). A current, valid US State ID, Driver’s License, US Passport, US Uniformed Services Card, or US Resident Alien/Permanent Resident Card must be presented to claim a prize. Each winner will be required to prove his or her eligibility before receiving a prize. No account, obligation or purchase is required to enter or win. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and stepchildren and grandparents and grandchildren, whether by blood, adoption, and/or marriage. The term “domiciled household members” refers to people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year. Only one winner per household or family is permitted.
The Giveaway begins at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, April 2, and ends at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 5, Eastern Standard Time. All entries must be received by Maine Family Federal Credit Union by 2:00 PM on Friday, April 5, Eastern Standard Time. Maine Family Federal Credit Union is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries. All entries shall be for this drawing only and will be disposed of after the giveaway is completed.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. To enter this giveaway, the participant must post the name of their favorite musical in the comments under the applicable post on the Maine Family Federal Credit Union Facebook page. Eligible Participants may enter only once. A Participant, by commenting, certifies that he or she has complied with the terms of these Rules. Further, the winner of the Giveaway must comply with all requirements imposed by the Sponsor, or his/her participation in the Giveaway will be ineligible for consideration. All entries and photos become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to entrants. Photographs may be manipulated. Incomplete or illegible entries are void. Non-compliance with any entry procedure or photo specifications will result in disqualification.
On Friday, April 5, or at some later date determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor (the “Selection Date”), the winners will receive a message from the Maine Family Federal Credit Union Facebook page with information on how to claim the prize.

Decisions are final unless later determined to be ineligible. A selected entrant who has not successfully filled all the mandatory fields will be ineligible and will result in a new name being selected from the qualified entrants. The prize winner may be contacted by phone, email, or through social media and will be required to complete and return a release form in order to redeem their prize. THE PRIZE WINNERS’ NAME MAY BE PUBLICLY ANNOUNCED. Failure to respond or claim the prize within two (2) days will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner. This process shall continue until the prize has been awarded. ALL WINNERS’ NAMES MAY BE PUBLICLY ANNOUNCED. Giveaway winners are responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes assessed on any prize received.
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE THE PRIZE WITH ANOTHER PRIZE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. PRIZE IS NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH OR CREDIT, IN WHOLE OR IN PART.

Return of the prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
