OUR BOARD

The Board of Directors is elected by Maine Family members at the credit union annual meeting. Each member has one vote regardless of his investment. Proxy votes are not legal. The Board elects all officers for the Credit Union annually and appoints the various Committees. All records are audited regularly by the Supervisory Committee. All activities of the Credit Union are examined by a National Credit Union Administration Federal Examiner on a regular basis. The Credit Union has a President/CEO who is appointed by your Board of Directors.
